November Meeting - Russ McCabe

On November 13, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. in St. Peter's Parish Hall at Second and Mulberry Streets in Lewes, we will have the pleasure of hearing C. Russell (Russ) McCabe educate and entertain us with a "Know Your Delaware History Quiz". He will also be awarding Delaware Heritage Commission publications as door prizes. Russ McCabe is a native and lifelong resident of Sussex County. He was employed at the Delaware Public Archives since 1978, serving in many capacities. For the last decade Russ has been responsible for Delaware's growing historical markers program. Russ also served a term as Sussex County's elected Recorder of Deeds.
