Join us as Red Moulinier gives a history of the past 22 years of Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse restoration and the challenges the Delaware River and Bay Lighthouse Foundation have faced. The lighthouse anchors one end of Lewes’ Outer Breakwater, and this presents hazards to the lighthouse structure. The talk will cover how the Foundation continues to work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to solve some of these issues. Red will also talk about past lighthouse tours and the sunset cruises that the foundation runs every year.
